Solid and lightweight. At first doesn't appear well designed or thought out, but actually is for the most part.

The heating "pan" that it comes with is completely uncleanable in all practical reality.

Don't accept imitations that look similar. While, yes, this is a copy of an American device, this is the second one that looks like it that I have had to buy. This one I didn't buy because it was slightly more expensive. I can assure you however, that this one is a very good quality unit. You will experience burns unpredictably so with the cheaper units. The temperature regulates well, even for several days at a time. Also, if you just cover your Aravia sugaring container that it comes in with a single layer of aluminum foil, this is an ideal method of using the high quality sugaring products from Aravia without having to think about how awful the bucket that it comes with is.... and no, I'm not endorsing nor paid by Aravia -- I'm still annoyed that both the spray and gel (pre and post sugaring) were sold to me in bottles with spray nozzles that snap off and break without even more than the slightest touch... it's intolerably bad quality on the bottles. Even though the product inside is great, their bottles are horribly fragile.
